结核病是一种慢性消耗性疾病,蛋白质分解代谢明显增强,导致蛋白质、热量供应不足,因此,对结核病人应增加营养和调节饮食。
(1)供给足够的蛋白质。由于病灶的修复需要大量蛋白供蛋白质的合成,提高机体免疫力,每天蛋白质供给量为1.5~2.5g/kg,如肉、蛋类、豆制品,有利于结核病灶的钙化。
(2)供给丰富的维生素。维生素可以帮助机体恢复健康、解毒,维生素B1、维生素B2能减少抗结核药物的副作用,维生素A可增强上皮细胞的抵抗力,维生素D可帮助钙的吸收,这些营养成分在新鲜蔬菜、瓜果、鱼虾、动物内脏和蛋类含量较多,可多食用。
(3)同时增加碳水化合物摄入,因为碳水化合物能产生热能,补充机体的消耗,每天应供给40~50kal/kg的热能,如糖类、淀粉类食品。
(4)同时注意全面合理调配,荤素搭配,做到色、香、味、营养俱全,避免辛辣等刺激性食品,禁止饮酒,以免发生血管扩张,加重病人的咳嗽、咯血等症状。
