一旦患了痛风,许多人都知道要控制饮食、多运动。但是,痛风患者不宜剧烈运动,知道的人却不多。
  痛风患者适当运动可预防痛风发作,宜选择散步、健身等有氧运动。痛风患者以中等运动量为妥。如50岁的患者运动心率达到110~120/分钟,少量出汗;早晚各运动30分钟,每周3~5天。 
  值得提醒的是,痛风患者运动不可太剧烈。因为剧烈运动后会大量出汗,可导致血容量、肾血流量减低,尿酸、肌酸等排泄减少,出现一过性高尿酸血症。而且剧烈运动后体内乳酸增加,可竞争性地抑制尿酸排泄,导致暂时性升高血尿酸。所以痛风患者不宜参加剧烈运动,运动前后也要多补充水分。
