(1)起居定常:肝病患者的生活应顺从人体生物钟的节拍,吃饭、睡眠、学习、休息、适量工作和活动,都要有一定规律,按部就班,养成习惯。生活有序,在大脑皮层就会形成相应的条件反射,以保证内脏器官有条不紊地工作,促进肝脏功能复常。
  (2)睡眠充足:肝炎恢复期和慢性肝病患者每晚昨8小时,中午保证午休1小时就可以了。久卧会造成新陈代谢下降,营养障碍,气血不畅,筋脉不舒。所谓“久卧伤气”很有道理。睡眠姿势除饭后外一般以右侧卧为佳,使心脏不受压迫,促进胃肠蠕动排空,加外全身肌肉放松,可使睡眠安稳、舒适、自然。睡眠时还应注意不要用手置胸前压迫心前区,造成梦呓。那种张口呼吸、蒙头大睡的方式显然亦不符合睡眠卫生。睡眠前切勿饮浓茶、咖啡或刺激性饮料。晚饭宜清淡,切勿过饱过咸。入睡前用热水泡脚,做几节保健按摩或气功,都可诱导入睡,保证睡眠质量。
  (3)情绪乐观:中医认为,七情不可为过,过激会损伤脏器,有“怒伤肝,喜伤心、忧伤肺,恐伤肾”之说。肝病患者应该有“既来之,则安之”的稳定情绪。如对肝病缺乏斗争的信心,过分忧郁,感情脆弱,喜怒无常,情绪波动,都会使中枢神经系统的功能紊乱,造成其它器官机能调节的障碍,直接或间接影响肝脏功能的康复。慢性肝病患者,如果性格顽强,心角开阔,情绪饱满,就会减轻病痛,促进免疫机制的增强,将有利于治疗和病体恢复。乐观情绪是机体内环境稳定的基础;保持内环境稳定是肝病患者自身精神治疗的要旨。
