空调温度不宜过低
  夏季空调开得过猛,室内外温差过大,常会引发感冒影响健康。建议人群减少在空调房间里的时间,一般空调温度与室外温度相差不宜太大;每当回到家里不要急着钻进空调间;即便开空调,室内也应适时保持通风。
  经常洗手
  手的触摸很容易感染病毒。感冒患者的飞沫中,仅8%有感冒病毒,大多的病毒仍通过手传染。如健康人群碰了患者接触过的地方,再摸自己的鼻子、眼睛就会染上感冒。为此,预防感冒的有效方法是勤洗手,尽量少用手摸眼睛、鼻子。
  吃葱蒜预防
  夏日平时饮食要清淡,避免生冷辛辣的食物,同时保持良好心态,经常锻炼,增强自身抵抗力。日常食物中,大蒜、姜、葱、食醋也有防治感冒的奇特功效。
