当结核菌侵犯到骨关节之后,出现症状到恢复期之间多以腰痛、畸形为常见。为了减轻症状,现将薄鸿勋反复研究的防治腰痛“五字口诀”,即“转、弯、抻、按、暖”,献给患骨关节结核腰痛的病人,不妨一试。
  1、转:转腰运动。两腿分开站立,与肩同宽,双臂向前平伸,按顺时针和逆时针方向旋转腰部各100圈。通过旋转运动,增强腰部关节灵活性,改善腰椎的营养状况。
  2、弯:弯腰运动。先向前弯:两腿并紧站立,双臂自然下垂,向前弯腰,尽量让手指触到地面,然后还原,连做36~72次。再向后弯:两腿分开站立,约一肩半宽,双手向后叉腰,头部慢慢后仰,腰部向后弯曲,直到不能再弯时为止,然后还原,连做16~32次。通过弯腰运动,改变直立时腰椎的承重状态,促进腰部的血液循环,增强腰椎骨质的韧性。
  3、抻:抻腰运动。两腿并紧站立,双手手指交叉,手心向上,举过头顶,两腿站稳,双臂用力上举,腰部用力向上抻并微向后倾,直到抻不动时为止,坚持半分钟。连做8~16次。通过抻腰运动,使长期负重的腰椎得以伸展,增大间隙,缓解腰肌的紧张状态。
  4、按:按摩腰肌。先将两手搓热,再将双手手掌放在后腰上,上下往复搓揉,直到腰部发热。然后将双手握为拳头,捶击腰部的肾俞穴位100~200次。通过对腰部的按摩促进血液循环,改善腰肌的生理功能。
