患有活动性肺结核病的人应高度警惕，吻孩子有害于孩子的健康，是造成儿童感染结核病的主要原因之一。
结核病患者是结核病的主要传染源，特别是肺结核痰菌阳性者或活动期的病人，可直接或间接通过呼吸接触对其孩子造成感染。此外，吻孩子时距离较近，通过口、鼻等接触方式，是一个很好的传播途径。再加之儿童是传染病易感者，特别是婴幼儿，机体缺乏抗体，细胞免疫及体液免疫力均低，抵抗能力偏低，器官发育不全，各组织器官对结核杆菌具有高度的敏感性及反应性，因而易染上结核病。儿童随着年龄的增加，患病率增高，据相关报道，具有密切接触传染源的儿童较无接触史的可高出1-4倍。已经过治疗的结核病患者家庭，家中儿童患病率达22.9%，未经治疗的结核病患者家庭，其家中儿童患病率高达60%，以上几点足以说明肺结核病患者吻孩子有害无利。
可见，为了使你的孩子避免感染上结核病，肺结核病患者应特别注意，不要吻孩子。
