党委书记王先广传达了省民评民议电视电话会议精神，经委书记曾念军部署了2013年医院民主评议政风行风工作。评议工作分五阶段开展，以开展美丽医院建设、医疗服务收费突出问题专项整治、医院文化建设月等七项系列活动为载体，进一步扩大医院社会影响，营造良好的舆论氛围和发展环境。
他指出，此次评议内容是以开展“八抓八纠八促”为抓手，不断规范服务流程、改善服务质量、提高服务水平，促进行业作风进一步转变。为确保各项工作落到实处，医院还建立了院领导班子成员民主评议行风工作联系点。
会上，他还对全院中层干部提出五方面要求：一是要加强领导，精心组织。各科室负责人作为本科室活动的第一责任人，要高度重视，按照医院的总体要求，严格落实，抓好行评各项工作；二是要注重结合，统筹推进。要把行风评议与科室工作结合起来，统筹协调推进，不断规范医疗行为，提高服务质量，树立医院良好形象；三是要注重沟通，畅通渠道。及时发现科室服务中存在的不规范、不完善、不方便的问题，有针对性地解决，提升科室服务能力和服务水平；四是要加强督导，务求实效。针对群众反映强烈、反复多次出现、整改效果不好的问题要认真分析，找出问题症结，提出整改意见和办法；五是要正面宣传，树立形象。要加强对科内先进典型的挖掘与宣传，树立正确形象，聚焦正能量。
